BIXBY, OK – Development is complete for the launch of BTC TV, a subscription television service to local residents and businesses in Bixby. BTC TV will allow Bixby residents to receive ALL their communication and entertainment services via one bill, commonly known as the triple-play.
BTC Broadband made the conscious choice to delay commercial launch to uphold their time-honored and established tradition of always providing products and services of the highest standard of quality. “We listened to our customers and are launching an all-digital, full featured TV product that will give them the flexibility to buy the program packages they want with a very competitive price structure,” states Lynn Pike, President/CEO.
The end result is 100% digital television service boasting over 145 broadcast and premium channels, including all the popular sports, news and movie channels. Unlike satellite, BTC TV is not likely to suffer outages during inclement weather. With BTC, you’ll also benefit from local, friendly customer service. You’ll never reach a machine when you call BTC Broadband during office hours.
The BTC TV customer can select and customize their preferred channel lineup. By subscribing to the ‘General Admission’ package, the customer has the capability to choose categorical tiers, including ‘News’, ‘Sports Fanatic’, ‘All About Kids’, etc. The customer can promote themselves to ‘VIP Access’, including premium movie tiers for HBO, Starz and Cinemax. An interactive program guide is furnished and parental controls are available for the family-minded consumer. The high-tech end user also has the option to enhance their viewing experience by adding HD (high-definition) channels. Video On-Demand service is also available to all customers, enabling the user to watch popular movies at THEIR convenience.
And continuing in their promise to deliver the most innovative technology, BTC TV users also have On-Screen Caller ID, making it possible for the viewer to see who is calling … before deciding if they want to get up and answer the phone.
The public is invited to ‘test-drive’ BTC TV with a demo in the Customer Service Center lobby, located at 11134 South Memorial Drive.
