Reporting Blocked Email

If email is unable to be delivered to your email address, it’s possible the sender’s email provider is blocked by our anti-spam partner Postini.  We recommend you follow these steps to correct the issue:

1. Login to your Postini Account at https://login.postini.com/exec/login
2. Look for the Email in the list provided
3. If email is found, click the check box to the left of the email and click the button above labeled “Deliver”.  The blocked email will be delivered to your olp.net email address shortly. 
Note: Postini offers the ability to “white-list” email addresses to ensure delivery in the future

If the email your are looking for is not found within Postini please send an email to with a description of the problem and the email address being blocked.
