Reporting Blocked Email
If email is unable to be delivered to your email address, it’s possible the sender’s email provider is blocked by BTC SpamBlocker. We recommend you follow these steps to correct the issue:
1. Login to your BTC SpamBlocker Account at https://spamblocker.btcbroadband.com/console
2. Look for the Email in the list provided
3. If email is found, select the email message and click the release button at the top of the screen. The blocked email will be delivered to your olp.net email address shortly.
Note: BTC SpamBlocker offers the ability to “white-list” email addresses to ensure delivery in the future
