Automatic Callback
No more rushing to your telephone or waiting for important calls. Automatic Callback allows you to automatically return the last incoming call (whether you answered or missed it). If the number you are trying to call back is busy, Automatic Callback will alert you with a special ring when your line and the line you are trying to call back are both idle. Automatic Callback will not operate for calls blocked or private that come into your line.
Automatic Recall
Lets your telephone "retry" busy lines. Automatic Recall automatically redials the telephone number of your last outgoing call. If the number you are redialing is busy, Automatic Recall will alert you with a special ring when your line and the line you redialed are both idle.
Call Forwarding
Don't miss calls when you're away from your home or office. With Call Forwarding, you can easily redirect all incoming calls to another telephone number or to voice mail service. This service also uses a courtesy call so you can notify someone at the "forward-to" number that you will be forwarding your calls.
Call Forwarding Busy Line
With this service you won't miss calls, and incoming callers won't get busy signals. Call Forwarding Busy Line lets you automatically redirect incoming calls to another telephone number or to voice mail service when your telephone is busy.
Call Forwarding Don't Answer
Now you can get calls even if you aren't available to answer your telephone. Call Forwarding Don't Answer automatically redirects all calls to another telephone number or to voice mail service when your telephone is not answered within a specified amount of time.
Call Forwarding Don't Answer After Call Waiting
Now you can have the best of both. With Call Forwarding Don't Answer After Call Waiting, you have two options when you receive a Call Waiting tone: Put your current call on hold and answer the incoming call, or don't answer the incoming call and let Call Forwarding Don't Answer forward it another telephone number or to voice mail service.

Caller ID

Customer Originated Trace
Discourage repeat harassing or threatening calls. Customer Originated Trace enables you to request a trace of the last incoming call. The telephone number of the caller, the date and time of the call, the date and time of the trace, and other information are recorded at BTC Broadband. Information about a traced call is made available only to BTC Broadband and the appropriate law enforcement agency, should you decide to file a complaint.
Directory Number Privacy (All Calls)
With All Calls Privacy your telephone number will not appear on the called party's telephone display or call display unit automatically for all calls.
Directory Number Privacy (Per Call)
Per Call Privacy allows you to select, on a call-by-call basis, whether or not you wish to have your number appear on the called party's telephone display or call display unit.
Home Intercom
Now you can communicate with someone in your home or business without searching for him or her or leaving an area unattended. Home Intercom allows you to speak with another individual using telephone extensions connected to the same line.

Long Distance Call Waiting
If you don't always answer Call Waiting tones, you could be missing important long distance calls. But with Long Distance Call Waiting, you receive a signal different than the normal Call Waiting alert for incoming long distance calls while your line is in use. This service also provides a distinctive ringing pattern to identify incoming long-distance calls when your line in not in use.

Multi-Distinctive Ringing
Avoid answering calls and taking messages when they are for someone else in your household. Multi-Distinctive Ringing allows you to have multiple telephone numbers assigned to a single line and provides distinctive ringing patterns. When you subscribe to Call Waiting, Multi-Distinctive Ringing also provides a distinctive tone for each directory number when your line is busy.
Remote Activation of Call Forwarding
With Remote Activation of Call Forwarding, you no longer need to travel back to your home or business to forward your calls. You can activate or deactivate Call Forwarding from a telephone other than the one to which the service is assigned.

Selective Call Acceptance

Selective Call Acceptance easily allows you to create and update a list of telephone numbers from which you are willing to accept calls. Calls from telephone numbers not on your list may be sent to an announcement or to another telephone number or voicemail service.

Selective Call Forwarding easily allows you to create and update a list of telephone numbers that you want to be forwarded to another number. Only calls from telephone numbers on your list will be forwarded to the number you have designated.

Selective Distinctive Alert easily allows you to create and update a list of telephone numbers from which calls will ring differently than other calls. The service alerts you to calls from numbers on your list by providing a distinctive ringing pattern or a distinctive Call Waiting tone.

Save time looking up and dialing telephone numbers and access codes for Special Calling Features. Speed Calling 30 allows you to assign and update up to 30 two-digit codes for telephone numbers and access codes you dial often. This service can be used from any telephone on your home or business line.

Save time looking up and dialing telephone numbers and access codes for Special Calling Features. Speed Calling 8 allows you to assign and update up to 8 one-digit codes for telephone numbers and access codes you dial often. This service can be used from any telephone on your home or business line.
Toll Restriction with Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Toll Restriction with Personal Identification Number restricts long-distance calling from a phone number. This service only allows those with the PIN to complete long-distance calls.
Unidentified Call Rejection
Avoid annoying or harassing calls from anonymous callers. Unidentified Call Rejection automatically rejects calls to your number when the caller uses Directory Number Privacy. The caller will hear a telephone company recorded announcement stating "The party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls from private numbers".
