Our technical experts will take an intricate look at your network for possible issues and suggest alternatives that will help you safeguard your network.
Hardware Maintenance: We will perform routine and thorough maintenance, including but not limited to virus removal, optimizing for the best performance and system preservation.
Disk Defragment: Hard drive fragmentation is one of the leading causes of computer performance loss. When we defragment your hard drive the placement of files on will be organized in sequential order increasing the hard drive's speed, performance and life.
Disk Cleanup: We will cleanup excess files and programs optimizing your computer’s performance and increasing your available storage space.
Anti-virus Verification & Updates: We will verify your anti-virus application is installed correctly, up-to-date and properly safeguarding your computer and network against computer viruses.
Operating System Updates: We will scan your computer and get the latest updates and software downloads available for your computer’s operating system and applications.

$50/month maintenance fee* includes:

Quarterly planned on-site visits: A quarterly visit schedule provides you with reassurance that all important aspects of your network are being checked and tested. 5 free technical support incident calls per quarter: You can contact us any time during normal business hours and ask us to resolve IT issues that can be fixed via telephone or remote access. A discounted hourly rate of $40 per hour for on-site calls (15 minute increments thereafter)
* Costs are valid for up to 4 computers. Each additional computer will require a fee of $25 for initial service and $5 per month thereafter.
